The initiative will demonstrate how digital tools canreduce restoration costs, improve implementation efficiency, and enablescalable, data-driven models that can be replicated across similar landscapes, ultimately contributing to national reforestation, climate, and food securitygoals.Thescope of work for this assignment involves designing and deploying a digitalmonitoring system to support restoration and revegetation of degraded lands inIndonesia, specifically targeting post-mining sites and underproductiveplantations. It includes selecting demonstration sites, conducting drone andGIS-based baseline assessments, and developing a cloud-based platformintegrated with mobile applications for field data collection. The system willfeature analytical dashboards, automated reporting tools, and restorationpackages tailored to site conditions. The assignment also covers pilotimplementation, full-scale deployment, user training, quarterly monitoring, andthe delivery of operational manuals and cost estimates to enable replicationand scaling across similar landscapes.
