Description : The Agency for Co-operative Housing is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization created to provide program-management services to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and other government clients. Under a service agreement with CMHC, the Agency administers agreements entered between CMHC and housing co-operatives in Prince Edward Island, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia and rent supplement programs in PEI and Ontario. Further information on the Agency is available at www.agency.coop. The Agency for Co-operative Housing wishes to identify web application development firms with expertise in user interface design that can support its inhouse staff in the maintenance and further development of its web-based information system and benchmarking website. Inhouse IS development resources are located at the Agency-s Ottawa office and include the Agency-s Lead, System Design and Data Management, Database Administrator, Software Quality Assurance Officer, and Business Applications Analysts. The IS team has worked with the information system for a number of years. The bulk of the current system was developed by external developers under contract with the Agency.
