Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Used Brass Valves (Used for LPG Cylinder) (Approx. 0.240 Kg Per Piece) Qty: 110000.
Date : 15th January 2018 till 25th January 2018,
Time : 8.00 AM to 12:00 Noon on all working days (Sunday - Thursday)

Location : Qatar Fuel "WOQOD", LPG Bottling Plant, Street No. 33, New Industrial Area, Doha, Qatar.
Note : Produce original Qatar IP or Commercial Registration CRI at Security gaffing in order to issue necessary Gate Pass for the inspection I Visit.
1. All items (used brass Valves) will be sold ` as is where is* basis

2. Every bidder shall ensure that he has inspected the used Brass Valves (used for LPG Cylinder) and agrees to buy them on “as Is where is* basis.

3. The bidder has to submit the quote for the entire quantity of the used Brass Valves (used for IPG Cylinder)

4. The company reserves the right to accept/reject any bids or cancel the subject Tender.

5. Once the buyer is selected and issued the letter of acceptance (LOA). She/He shall pay the approved / accepted sale price within seven (7) working days to WOQOD. The Company reserves nght to re-sen the used Brass Valves to another buyer if the amount not paid in the stipulated period.

6. Materials shal be released upon paying the sale pnce In full.

7. The successful bidders will have to collect the items within 30 days of issue date of LOA gi payment.

8. Clarifications related to the tender to be forwarded to the fax a 00974 - 44309242 until S days before the bid closing date.
Duly completed Offer Letter including copy of Qatari ID / Commercial Registration (CR) should be delivered in sealed envelopes addressed to THE SECRETARY.
