REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
The MEO, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Municipality of Banaybanay, Davao Oriental hereby notifies and invites you to submit your quotation/bid for the hereunder proposed project/request, viz; USE FOR THE SPECIALIZED AND FABRICATED COMPONENTS REQUIRED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED FRUIT STAND BUILDING AT BANAYBANAY PUBLIC MARKET (398, 634.20)
The BAC Shall recommend to the HOPE the award of contract in favor of the supplier or contractor with the Single or Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation (for goods or infrastructure projects), or consultant with the Single or Highest Rated and Responsive Proposal (for consulting services). In case of approval, the HOPE shall enter into contract with the said supplier, contractor or consultant.
Delivery of the above-mentioned project/request shall be within 30 calendar days from the receipt of Contract/Notice to Proceed.
