The client is a producer of alcohol from corn, and intends to use the by-streams generated during the production of alcohol as an energy source and a partial replacement for the natural gas burned by converting them into biogas. For this purpose, the client is interested in the creation of the work, as defined in the commitmentof the sample contract, which is Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation, part A - Instructions of the Contracting Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "Sample Contract"), which mainly consists of the preparation and delivery of the relevant documentation, the delivery of the factory, its testing, commissioning, performance of the operational stability test, achievement of guaranteed values ​​inmci tests the guaranteed values ​​according to Article 7.5 of the Model Contract and all related supplies and works as defined in Article 2.2 of the Model Contract.
