The Safety Expo will feature hands-on interactive demonstrations and simulators across the USDOT Headquarters campus in Washington, DC. The Safety Expo is intended to build broad public awareness of these roadway safety technologies and innovations by reaching leaders representing State and local transportation agencies, Members of Congress, industry stakeholders, transportation association representatives, safety advocates, high school and college students, and members of the media. Space is limited. The Safety Expo will only be able to accommodate a limited number of demonstrations, simulators, and presentations. We are currently seeking Statements of Interest for this upcoming roadway safety showcase. While the event schedule is being finalized, we invite entities to submit demonstration ideas for innovations and technologies that improve roadway safety.
