THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - This is a notice of the government-s intent to solicit orders under the STRATUS Pool 2 Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) to those vendors which have been evaluated and determined to be most capable, and have been issued BOAs. The orders placed under these BOAs will be for cloud integration and development support services.
On September 29, 2023, the USDA posted RFQ 12314423Q0143 as a combined synopsis/solicitation on SAM.gov for STRATUS Cloud BOA Pool 2: Integration and Development Support Services to both large (Unrestricted) and small (Restricted) vendors. In response to this RFQ the USDA received 122 quotes. After completion of evaluations of prior experience and technical/management approach, on April 5, 2024, the USDA issued 37 BOAs to the following vendors:
