Amendment 0002: Extends the submission deadline to 5-JUNE-2026 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary for the removal of the existing roofing system and gutter system. Installation of replacement flashing where brick wall meets gable siding. Installation of new roofing system in its entirety. Installation of new gutter system and downspouts at USCG Station Crisfield, Crisfield MD 21817. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238160 and size standard of $19.0M. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria.
All quotes must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 5-JUNE-2026 via email to [email protected] and to [email protected]. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing.
Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON 21-MAY-2026. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time. No oral questions will be accepted.
All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes.
