Description of requirements for the items to be acquired-
Provide 160 gym/fitness memberships to all vendor locations in the Topeka and surrounding area.
Provide list of gyms and their locations. Must have multiple locations in the Topeka area, ie. At least two.
Facilities must provide cardio (i.e., treadmill, elliptical, rowing, etc.) and weightlifting equipment (i.e., free weights, dumbbells, weight machines, strength machines, resistance machines, etc).
Provide a quarterly report detailing gym membership usage. This report shall include, at a minimum, the total number of visits, the number of members who visited the gym, and the last usage date per member. The report shall be submitted to the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) within five (5) business days of the end of each calendar quarter.
