Notice of Intent to Single Source
This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 5.2 - Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The contracting office for this notice is the 10th Contracting Squadron, USAF Academy, CO 80840.
The US Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award a single source commercial contract for 2 EA Visograph with the following capabilities: accurate and reliable eye calibration, online and unlimited data storage, easy to read and print results, durable/daily use capability, data analysis capability, hands-free interface with students, using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR parts 12 & 13 to Righteye, LLC, a small business heardquartered at 6710A Rockledge Drive Suite 400 Bethesda, Maryland 20817, United States. The authority for this noncompetitive award is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source reasonably available. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334118.
