Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR part 13 under solicitation number FA700024Q0063. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, effective May 22, 2024, located at https://www.acquisition.gov/.

This effort is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 513210 - Software Publishers with a size standard of $47 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is DA10.
