Description
This is a Non-Personal Service requirement for Uniform Alteration Services. The contractor shall be responsible for uniform and performance costume tailoring and repair funded by the Government for the USAF Band and Honor Guard. Tasks shall include alterations, fitting, maintenance, repairs and embroidery for all official uniforms and performance costumes in accordance with the attached pricing spreadsheet and performance work statement. These services are to be performed at Hangar 2 (USAF Band) or Building 7100 (USAF Honor Guard), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington DC, or the contractor's place of business. in accordance with the attached performance work statement.
**52.232-18 Availability of Funds:Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government-s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.**
