This Sources Sought Notice is being issued for market research purposes to determine the availability, capability, and interest of small business firms for a potential Government requirement. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE; requests for a solicitation will go unanswered. No award will be made from this Notice. Responses will be used to determine potential acquisition strategies, understand current market capabilities, and to gain knowledge of potential sources.
Update as of 30 December 2025, a current court injunction regarding the removal of trees and replanting of elderberries along the Lower American River has delayed the release of this solicitation. The Government is requesting additional information: This project is for work at two separate sites (North and South) and will be two separate awards. If your company is the low bidder on both sites, will you be able to perform 2 contracts concurrently, considering bonding, staffing and production? Each project has a magnitude of construction $25M-$100M and an anticipated period of performance of 760 calendar days. The Government may revise this period of performance depending on the outcome of the current injunction. Confirm the following information:
1. Are you are interested in bidding on both projects or just one?
2. If for both projects further confirm:
3 Your firm-s ability to secure bonding for each project. confirm for both single and aggregate;
4. Your ability to perform 2 contracts concurrently with separate staffing for each site. No dual hatting;
5. Your ability to obtain necessary equipment for both sites; and
6. Two separate Project Labor Agreements (PLA-s) will be required
All responses must be submitted by 3pm (PST), 6 January 2026.
