The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) anticipates a potential requirement for the design, furnishing, and physical installation of new commercial electric and natural gas meters, alongside localized utility monitoring hardware, at Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC) Tracy, California. This requirement consists primarily of standard electrical construction, conduit installation, and the integration of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) metering equipment. The installed COTS hardware will possess native, built-in capabilities to output standard format data to a localized station, allowing facilities staff to monitor routine usage and verify equipment functionality.
