The offeror would provide services for male and female federal defendants/persons under supervision who have been ordered by the Court to participate in treatment. These individuals include persons on probation, supervised release, or parole, who are under supervision of the United States Probation and Pretrial Services, as well as persons on Pretrial status under supervision.
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services uses COMPLY, a random urinalysis testing program. Persons enrolled in this program are notified via text message the day before they are required to report to the vendor for testing. Vendors will be notified via email prior to the scheduled collection day of which persons are scheduled for testing. The vendor shall mail all specimens to a regional lab designated by the Probation and Pretrial Office.
