Ft. (ABOA): 3, 900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4, 200 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 (Surface or Structured) Full Term: 120 Months Firm Term: 60 Months Option Term: Not Required Additional Requirements: Right to Affix Antenna to Roof/Building Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
