General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:
The Government shall have access to the premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Space must be contiguous on one floor. Two (2) reserved parking spaces on-site preferred. If on-site is not available, building entrance must be within a walkable half mile (0.5) distance from a 24/7 access parking facility. Space to be located within a walkable 1.1 miles from a train station, but not immediately adjacent to an elevated or outside train line, with a minimum setback of 350 ft. from an elevated or outside train line. Cooling for the IT closet may be provided by airflow via air intake vent and louvers on the door. Agency is assigned a Facility Security Requirements Level II. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet or be capable of meeting Government requirements for Security, Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design.
