This RFI is to gather market research information for acquisition planning purposes in anticipation of issuing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide canines to the Field Office K9 (FOK9) and Border Patrol K9 (BPK9) training centers.
The requirements outlined in this RFI and its attachments do not represent definitive CBP requirements and are subject to change prior to any potential future solicitation. Vendors should not interpret the listed requirements as final or representative of CBP's actual requirements.
