The Contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the

Construction documents shall be developed in accordance with the RFP Contract Documents and referenced requirements. The Contractor shall execute the project consistent with the OBO mission to provide the most effective facilities for United States diplomacy abroad. Construction shall be completed within the contract award amount and construction shall be performed within the period of performance.
