The Presolicitation Notice herein is to:
Post the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the U.S. Army Operational Evaluation Command* (OEC) Base Test Support Services (BTSS) follow-on acquisition. The DRFP and identified DRFP attachments and technical exhibits are attached.
Request interested vendors and/or potential offerors that all Requests for Information (RFI) (i.e., questions, comments, feedback) tied to the DRFP shall be returned to the MICC TSC Points of Contact (POC) as follows: Contract Specialist, Avangela Ligons-Sutton, avangela.y.ligons-sutton.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Ingrid Smith, ingrid.v.smith.civ@army.mil by 4:30 PM EST 06 Feb 2026.
