PURCHASE OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR PONTEVEDRA - LGU
1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the loan at LANDBANK intends to apply the sum of Forty Seven Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 47, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Heavy Equipment. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Purchase of Heavy Equipment using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
