Council is seeking to establish a Panel of Consultants and Contractors for the provision of Urban Services and Urban Capital Works. This Panel will support operations maintenance and construction associated with Councils Urban Services, as well as assisting council with its significant Capital Works program.Council-s Urban Services covers operations, maintenance, and construction, including (but not limited to) the following services area:• Buildings• Parks, Cemeteries and Open Spaces• Urban Streets• Public Swimming Pools• Water Supply Systems• Sewerage Systems• Urban Stormwater SystemsThe Scope of Services to be delivered by the Panel covers:• Professional services (e.g. project management, design services)• Building operations (e.g. cleaning, pest control)• Building maintenance works (e.g. building trades such as plumbing, electrical, building repair; building services etc.)• Building, Urban Streets and Pool construction works• Parks, Cemeteries and Open Spaces operations (e.g. mowing, litter collection etc.)• Parks, Cemeteries and Open Spaces maintenance works• Parks, Cemeteries and Open Spaces construction works• Water and sewer operations (e.g. cleaning, pest control)• Water and sewer maintenance works• Water and sewer construction works
