Name of the tender: Urban Road Maintenance

Description: The purpose of this Tender is to hire pavement construction, repair and maintenance works in different sectors such as streets, passageways, equipment areas such as asphalt folders, sidewalks, etc., due toor to the great deterioration that occurs in the aforementioned surfaces. It is for this reason that the works that are part of this Tender will consist mainly of superficial or deep patching works, replacement of HCV slabs, reconstruction of sidewalks, whether in avenues, streets or passages, andin some cases, the construction of new pavements in areas lacking them, be they roads or sidewalks, as well as the generation of paving projects, in accordance with what is indicated in the Technical Specifications prepared by the Paving Department of the Directorate of Operations.ions of the I. Municipality of Maipu. The maximum term for the execution of the contract will be 12 (twelve) months, continuous and successive or until the exhaustion of resources, depending on which of these circumstances is verified first.
