Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites proposals from Architectural/Urban & Regional Planning firms to undertake the preparation of the master plan and subdivision layout for 51.85 hectares (128.13 acres) of land in Dundee, Trelawny. The development is expected to yield 1, 300 housing solutions. The Master Plan must include trunk infrastructure to facilitate the establishment of a housing development for the adjoining parcels of land.

LOCATION:
The property is located approximately 9 kilometres southwest of Falmouth Town Centre.

ELIGIBILITY FOR CONSULTANT:
Consultants must provide:
 Evidence of tax compliance.
 A copy of a valid Architect`s Practising Certificate OR evidence that the Urban Planner is a current Member of the Jamaica
Institute of Planners.
