Urban project management mission covering the studies and monitoring the completion of the ZACfrom Kerarmerrien to Plouzane as well as the architectural consultancy mission.

The contract is broken down into sections as follows:

Firm section:

- mission 1 to update the urban guide plan/preliminary project for all hamlets with the exception of the hamlet in Brittany

- mission 2 of operational project managementation starting at the DCE stadium for the hamlet A Bretagne, B Saint-Pol-Roux including the construction of the playground and C Auriol

- consultancy mission 3 for the hamlet A Bretagne, B Saint-Pol-Roux and C Auriol

Optional tranche 1:

- mission 2 of operational project management of the hamlet D Chataigniers

- consultancy mission 3 for the hamlet D Chataigniers

Optional tranche 2:

- operational project management mission 2 for the hamlet E Penhoat

- consultancy mission 3 for the hamlet E Penhoat

Optional tranche 3:
