SUBJECT OF THE COMPETITION The subject of the competition is a study based on guidelines of the Regulations on the urban and architectural concept of a multi-family residential complex together with the development of the area located in Poznań at Bielicowa Street, consisting of: - multi-family residential buildings under construction in the social housing segment, - service premises located on the ground floors of residential buildings; - above-ground garage; - optional: from the garage/garages located below ground level (located in: building/buildings residential, above-ground garage); - land development with a system of internal roads and above-ground parking spaces; - greenery with additional retention functions. 2. The aim of the competition is: 1) choosing a concept urban and architectural design that is in the best possible way in terms of functionality, utility, economics, composition, aesthetics, energy-saving and pro-ecological aspects, taking into account the standards of social housing and the guidelines of these Regulations will comply with the provisions of the applicable local development plan; 2) selecting the Competition Participant for the best competition entry, who will be invited to negotiations in the single-source procurement mode in...
