Tender Details

The project tender is carried out as a procedure that precedes the procedure for concluding a contract on public services in agreement with the Tenderer in accordance with Article 327, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Public Law Act 2016 for:

- preparation of the Urban development plan of "Nazorova"

- preparation of design and technical documentation forarrangement of public areas and construction of a public garage in the "Nazorova" zone (temporarily coordinated with the preparation of design and technical documentation for the residential and commercial building "Centar Nazorova" in order to ensure a unique spatial and design solution)

- preparation of design and technical documentationfor the arrangement of the square next to the market and public garages in Sarajevo.
