URAD ZSK - CONSTRUCTION ADJUSTMENTS OF BLOCK "C" WITH CHANGE OF PURPOSE OF USE AND ELEVATOR ADDITION Description: The subject of the order is the development of project documentation at the level of documentation for a building permit in the scope for the implementation of the construction "RPD", engineering activity for the issuance of a building permit and cooperation in thepublic procurement fees for the construction contractor. The project documentation will deal with the reconstruction of the existing block "C" of the ZSK Office building on the II, III and IV floors. The new layout solution envisages the creation of a meeting and day room on each floor and additional spaces (hygiene for men, hwomen's hygiene, storage of cleaning products and a sink).The change in the layout requires the bricking of new partition walls, the alignment of offset parapets with the surrounding masonry, the connection of new ZTI distributions and sanitary equipment, as well as the replacement of heating elements and distributionthey kill on all four floors. Further construction modifications are subject to modification of internal surfaces, floors, filling of openings and changes in electrical distribution (low current, high current, EPS, EZS, entrance and attendance system, WiFi, structured cabling).As part of the reconstruction of block "C" of the ZSK Office in Zilina, the addition of an elevator is also being considered. The elevator will belocated in the foyer area and then through the roof of the entrance area of ​​the ZSK Office will be built next to the facade of the building (in the event that it is not possible to implement an elevator in this place, the elevator will be implemented in another suitable place in block C). Due to the fact that the future elevator will be located on the facade, where the umactually two air conditioning units, it will be necessary to deal with their translation. During the complex reconstruction in block "C", the use of air conditioning is being considered - cooling in offices and in meeting rooms...
