The Contractor will also be responsible for the removal and proper disposal of the existing UPS unit.MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A pre-proposal meeting will take place on March 5, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. CT. at the Minnesota Lottery Roseville Data Center located at 2645 Long Lake Road, Roseville, MN 55113. Attendance is mandatory. CONTRACT PERIOD. The Contract term will begin on April 1, 2026, or upon the date of contract execution, whichever is later, to October 31, 2026, or 36 months after the date of contract execution, with the option to extend up to 36 months, upon agreement by both parties.ESTIMATED AMOUNT.
