Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of Device Service services indicated in the SOPZ, including inspections, repairs, diagnostics, removal of failures and defects, and the provision of technical support in accordance with the Agreement and SOPZ.2. As part of the provision of the Service by the Contractor is obliged to: 1) perform annual preventive and maintenance inspections of the Devices; 2) remove failures/faults; 3) provide the Ordering Party with a 24-hour hot-line for technical advice and consultation.3. Detailed Description of the Item The order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
