The subject of the order is the Contractor's provision of a Software subscription to the Ordering Party, together with granting or ensuring that the Contractor grants the Ordering Party an appropriate license enabling the use of the Software on the terms resulting from the License Terms: - as part of the basic order, the Software indicated in Annex No. 1 to SWZ (SOPZ), point 1, point 1) - in the number indicated there, - under the option right, Software indicated in Annex No. 1 to SWZ (SOPZ), point 1, point 2) - in the number indicated therein, together with the Contractor granting or securing a license enabling the use of the above-mentioned. Software under the terms of the License Terms for a period of 12 months (annual subscription) from the date of activation of the Software confirmed by the Quality Acceptance Protocol.2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. CPV code: 48000000-8 Software packages and IT systems (...) 5. Order completion date: 1) Delivery of the Subject of the Agreement in scope of the basic order will take place within 14 (calendar) days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.2) Delivery of the Subject Matter of the Agreement in the scope of an order under the option right will take place within 7 (calendar) days from placing the order, i.e. a declaration of exercise option exercise.3) The date of delivery of the Software is the date indicated as the day of activation of the Software in the Quality Acceptance Protocol without reservations by the representative of the Ordering Party.
