1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of an overload-resistant 5x20kW UPS power supply to ensure the stability of power supply to technological devices sensitive to interference, hereinafter referred to as the subject of the order.2. Requirements and technical parameters the subject of the order are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also a description of the offered subject of the order (the subject matter of evidence). The Ordering Party reserves the right to request clarification of the contents of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The item offered the order must be consistent with the detailed description of the subject of the order and meet the described requirements. 4. Before submitting the Offer, the Ordering Party recommends making a site visit at the Contractor's expense at the Ordering Party's office in order to estimate the costs and risk and obtaining all data that may be necessary when preparing the Offer.
