This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12. This solicitation is issued as a total SDVOSB set-aside, Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the associated NAICS code is 238210 and small business size is $19 Million USD.
