These services include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, testing, reporting, and replacement parts necessary to ensure continuous, reliable operation of all covered systems. Preventative maintenance shall be performed on a semi-annual schedule in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices, with detailed written reports and maintenance recommendations provided to PCU following each visit.In addition to preventative maintenance, the Contractor shall respond to PCU service calls requests to restore equipment to full working condition, and shall perform corrective work when required.
