TINOC-2026-034
1) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc through the CY-2026 20% LDF-Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eight Pesos and Twenty-Two Centavos (Php 699, 608.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upper Luhong- Muhlao Electrification System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for Upper Luhong- Muhlao Electrification System Completion of the Works is required until 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.b...
