This tender has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to design and construct road repairs to a landslip on Upper Cherry Tree Road.Following the February and March 2022 floods, Council constructed a bypass around the slip to reinstate access for residents and property owners north of the slip.Essential Public Asset Restoration (EPAR) Claims have been made for the repair of flood damage to this site under NSW Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
