1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2026) intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND FORTY PESOS (PhP6, 431, 040.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-139-08-26, PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR LANDSCAPE AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE FOR UPLB CAMPUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
