1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2026) intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (PhP6, 330, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-135-08-26, PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR THE TREE PRUNING AND REMOVAL OF HAZARDOUS TREES IN THE UPLB CAMPUS HOUSING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
