1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2026) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS (PhP104, 300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-110-06-26, PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS OFFICES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
