1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2026) intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY FIVE PESOS AND NINETY NINE CENTAVOS (PhP2, 894, 895.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-099-06-26, PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF PILED-UP SOLID WASTE IN THE WTE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
