1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2026) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY PESOS (PhP189, 290.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-092-06-26, PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR CPAF CSPPS AND CPAF IGRD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
