1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2024) intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-FIVE MILLION PESOS (PhP25, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-086-05-24, SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF BRANDED AND BRAND NEW LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR OVCRE-BIOTECH. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
