1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2024) intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHT PESOS (PhP548, 908.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-050-04-24, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED AND BRAND NEW LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR CEAT-DCE AND OVCRE-BIOTECH. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
