1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2026) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT PESOS (PhP1, 447, 448.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-048-04-26 REBID, PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE MATERIAL AND GARBAGE IN THE WASTE TO ENERGY FACILITY REBID. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
