1.The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the UPLB Trust Fund - MOOE intends to apply the sum of PhP ₱3, 756, 156.94 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-IF-023-07-25, PROPOSED WATERPROOFING SOLUTION TO UPPER FLOOR LEAK OF POSTHARVEST HORICULTURE TRAINING AND RESARCH CENTER (PHTRC) ANNEX BUILDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The U.P. LOS BAÑOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required FORTY-FIVE (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
