Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF NEW AMTEC AGRICULTURAL MACHINE SHED AND TESTING FACILITIES (PHASE II), AMTEC COMPOUND, UPLB, COLLEGE, LAGUNA

1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the UPLB-UGTFI (Tuition Subsidy) intends to apply the sum of PhP 4, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-IF-001-10-21 REBID(2), CONSTRUCTION OF NEW AMTEC AGRICULTURAL MACHINE SHED AND TESTING FACILITIES (PHASE II), AMTEC COMPOUND, UPLB, COLLEGE, LAGUNA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The U.P. LOS BAÑOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
