1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the 8217400 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS ONLY (PhP1, 116, 665.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-I-009-07-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
