1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the 8265200 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP1, 475, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-I-005-05-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
