1) The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the 8219247 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND FORTY-TWO PESOS ONLY (PhP2, 044, 042.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-I-004-06-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
