Upkeep and maintenance of fire safety installations and equipment 2027-2030 This consultation concerns upkeep and maintenance services for heritage fire safety installations and equipment from Lyon Métropole Housing The purpose of this contract is to provide 2 types of services: -Regulatory preventive maintenance (periodic checks, preventive and systematic maintenance) -Corrective maintenance of fire safety installations and equipment (restore to operating condition following annual preventive maintenance visit, troubleshooting, improvement). The need to be satisfied concerns the verification, maintenance and replacement of fire safety and smoke extraction systems, fire extinguishers mobile, dry columns, Ria, sandboxes, evacuation plans, security lighting blocks, fire doors, fire hydrants from the Lyon Métropole Habitat heritage “Composite” framework agreement, single-grantee, with no minimum and with a maximum of 8, 800, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for its total duration.
